Balanced stay at the hotel
animation team great job inclusive options good choices staff service nice attitude noise level constant stream restaurant atmosphere total chaos dirty plates difficult situation
The animation team really did a great job. They kept things entertaining. I also liked that the all inclusive options had plenty of choices. The staff at the pool bar was nice, and they made a special purple drink that I did like.
My room was on the lowest level. This meant people walked past constantly, and it was sometimes noisy. The restaurant was very chaotic. It was difficult to find a spare table, and lots of them had dirty plates.

The hotel offered very convenient parking. it was easy to find a space and secure my car. the breakfast buffet had lots of options. i tried several different dishes. All were fresh and tasty. the hotel has a tennis court available to use. it was well maintained and provided a great activity!
The lifts were quite slow. Waiting sometimes took longer than expected.

The entertainment was great. I fully recommend this hotel.
The hotel food was disappointing, I expected more, so I ate out a few times. The all-inclusive option didn't provide food with much flavor. It was a bit of a letdown.

i got a superior double room lateral sea view. it had comfortable beds. the air conditioning worked well. i found great value for money with the all inclusive deal (especially because of the free-flowing wine). i had access to afternoon cakes and coffee from the café and bar area.
the all inclusive deal closed too early, at 11pm. i thought this was too early (it should be midnight).

the hotel is near the beach. it is easily accessible from the airport. it also provides convenient access to benalmadena. it is situated near shopping options, which simplifies errands.

friendly atmosphere great variety amazing food super clean room
I found the animation team created a very friendly atmosphere around the pool every day! they had a great variety of activities for all of us. the food was amazing with different choices available every day. The rooms were also super clean. i was grateful for such great service.
sometimes, the lifts took a little while! it was a very small issue though.

the hotel has a tennis court available to use. there is also a pool bar serving drinks and snacks throughout the day. guests can enjoy a piana party at the super pool, an added bonus.

the staff at the front desk were helpful, especially fernando. the animation team worked hard to ensure everyone enjoyed themselves. i am very grateful for the wonderful service and their friendly attitude .

The all-inclusive meals had many variations, but some dishes were hit or miss. despite this, there were always plenty of options to choose from. the breakfast provided was sufficient for the budget. This made my mornings easier.

the location is convenient, with buses available right outside the hotel across the beach. it is also near the airport and transport to málaga centre. the hotel's proximity to shops and attractions nearby was very convenient.

The rooms are spacious and many offer sea views! a bottle of wine was a nice cute gift. the rooms include a complete set of toiletries in the bathroom, including a toothbrush and shaving machine. That was very helpful.

the staff was VERY cute. the all inclusive option is worth it. the animation team IS fantastic, they ensured i enjoyed all activities. the snack bar offered PERFECT food.
the furniture in reception shows SOME wear and tear.
